"I’m 76 widowed with no children and I had a flood in my home in the middle of the night , I had no idea what to do this has never happened before and in a new home , I tried to stop the water myself not knowing where the shut off was . The fire dept was here , police , and my blood pressure was extremely high as I was knocked back many times from the water pressure , my master bath, closet, bedroom and basement was flooded . No help from State Farm once you go online which it was early mooring and that’s what was available to me . I did call there office but they weee so arrogant and rude . Would not discuss the situation , I neede d guidance my adjusted was of no help , I received a check made out to me and no letter so I thought it was for to get my home cleaned and money for items ruined . The very next day I get a call from Service master telling me I had their check I told them I didn’t . I knew my deductible was $1000 but they told me it was $4300. I have since found all I was right because we sold our other house and bought our new house in the same week. Everything was to remain the same. They just did it on their own and I’ve been telling them. I know that I didn’t do a $4300 deductible so they changed it on their own. I need proof with my signature on it that I changed it from 1000 to 4300. they are shady as hell and they are so arrogant that they can’t even say hey I’m sorry this happened to you. Is there anything we can do for you know but they can have coffee days in Belvedere and this day and Belvedere and that day in Belvedere, but to speak to one of their customers on the phone, that’s been there some 20 years. They don’t have time for that never ever what I speak to them again and they keep putting my husband’s name on the bills, even though he been deceased two years, I have no idea what their problem is, but they have a big one"

"To keep it simple: You should be utilizing Lisa Turbyville and her team for your insurance needs. It's difficult to find a competent agent with a strong support team that work together. Lisa, and her team, are able to provide their services with outstanding professionalism I rarely find anywhere else. Her flexibility of scheduling an appointment makes it a simple process to handle business. My meetings with Lisa are empathetic and warm, not just as a show, but genuine to her personality and how it relates to each individual's situation.
