"Today I made an unscheduled stop at Lisa Turbyville State Farm office. ( Belvidere) My goal was to amend and restart insurance on my boat, that had been out for repairs. I was greeted by Amanda Krutza who had just finished with another client, and helped me immediately. I was very impressed by her positive customer service demeanor, as well as being very knowledgeable. Amanda was able to save me a lot of money, because of where I normally use the boat in Wisconsin. This was something I never knew, and I am grateful. She also helped me lower the value, to be more in line with what replacement cost would be on a now 10 year old boat. I walked away with 1/2 the cost of insurance that I was paying 2 years ago. I cannot recommend enough, that you give this young lady a chance to look over your policies. She is #1, in my book!"
